APSI was proud to attend the dedication of the United States Courthouse for the Southern District of Alabama in Mobile. The new Alabama limestone clad building provides an additional 158,000 square feet of court facilities with enhanced security, circulation and infrastructure. APSI provided project construction management for the design, construction and commissioning phases of this design-build project.
Kevin Chen, RA, NCARB, recently joined APSI as a Construction Manager on our Norwalk Metropolitan Hospital project. Kevin has more than 10 years of experience working in the design and construction industry and is a strong forward-thinking individual. Welcome aboard Kevin!
Michael joins APSI as Project Engineer on our Elk Grove Animal Shelter project. He is detail-oriented and highly motivated with a solid track record of successfully coordinating and maintaining construction projects. Michael also served seven months in Afghanistan and was honorably discharged in 2016. Welcome aboard Michael!

Over its 28-year history, the annual event has raised more than $32 million for CHOC Children’s and CHOC at Mission Hospital. The 5k event also has the distinction of being the largest and most unique pediatric fundraiser in the nation.

GSA recently awarded APSI the contract for Construction Management Services for a new US Courthouse in Greenville, MS. This $28.7 million project will be an anchor for revitalization and future development in the area. The new 62,000 sf building will provide two courtrooms and tenant agencies, including the United States Fifth Circuit District and Magistrate Courts, United States Marshals Service, United States Probation Office, and GSA’s Public Buildings Service. Trial prep space will also be provided for the Federal Public Defender and United States Attorney’s Office. We look forward to continuing our relationship with GSA!
