APSI, as part of a joint venture with 6D PMCM, is proud to have provided preconstruction, construction project management, scheduling, constructability reviews, and estimating services for the California Department of Motor Vehicles’ new field office in Reedley, CA, in collaboration with California Department of General Services (DGS).
This $17M design-bid-build project features a single-story, 13,251 SF facility on a three-acre site, complete with site work, utilities, walkways, landscaping, surface parking, a drive-test canopy, and communications infrastructure. Sustainable features include a photovoltaic system, and the project is on track to achieve LEED-NC Silver certification and qualify as a Zero Net Energy Building.
