Garry brings to the APSI team over 40 years of extensive experience in the construction management of medical, skilled nursing, and utility / infrastructure projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $100 million. As a retired veteran from the US Army, he is familiar with OSHPD and holds a California General Contractor’s License. He is currently serving as Senior Construction Manager for the $23 million Wasco State Prison in Kern County, CA for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
