The County has selected APSI along with our JV partner, Sixth Dimension to manage the $70 million jail expansion and $40 million new juvenile hall. The team is ramping up to provide bid phase services with ground breaking in 2016. The Juvenile Hall is a 120 bed project which will be laid out in a campus style with a central 1 ¼ acre recreation yard surrounded by four housing buildings and support buildings. The new jail housing addition provides 576 new beds in eight housing units distributed on two floors, program spaces for inmates, administration and staff support spaces and public entrance with video visitation.
