Since joining us in 2016 as a Project Manager for the DGS Metropolitan State Hospital project in Norwalk, CA, Dave has provided technical expertise and client development that significantly contributed to APSI’s growth. On the strength of this performance, Dave was promoted to Southern California Area Manager, where he continued to provide leadership and helped expand our service footprint within and outside the Southern California Region. His knowledge of construction best practices, combined with strategic vision and dedication to operational excellence, makes Dave the perfect candidate to lead our operations.
