APSI was selected for project construction management of the New Mobile Federal Courthouse and the Repair & Alteration of the Historic John Campbell Courthouse, in Mobile, AL. Our client is the US General Services Administration, Region 4.
APSI will provide management of the design, construction, and commissioning phases of the design-build project. The new courthouse will be 156,000 square feet and house the Alabama Southern District Court. It is planned to achieve LEED Gold and meet GSA Design Excellence standards.

The project is funded for $118 million. Work begins February 15, 2015.
