APSI is providing project construction management for the pre-construction and construction phases, including scheduling/project controls, estimating, and field inspection/document control services, of new health-care facilities in three CDCR facilities in Kern County, CA. The new facilities are within the secure perimeter, and include renovations, additions, and new buildings to support the planned improvements to health-care facilities for inmates.
