Harbor-UCLA Controls Partners, a tri-venture made up of APSI Construction Management, RWBID Construction Management and C.P. O’Halloran Associates, was recently selected by the County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works to provide project controls, document control and support services on this $1.8 billion master plan, design-build program. The goal of the County is to develop the campus into a coherent, interactive relationship between the clinical, educational, and research components of HUCLA based on the Master Plan. The project consists of make ready work and nine major phases spanning over 15 years.
