Since our establishment in 1990, APSI Construction Management has been a leader in providing construction project management, project controls, scheduling, estimating, document control, risk analysis, and claims analysis services. We became leaders in the industry by attracting and retaining highly-trained staff, remaining at the forefront of industry technologies, and by expanding our services to meet the needs of our clients.
