As part of our 2021 giving campaign, APSI matched donations from employees to organizations in the regions we work in. Each area manager selected one local charity and with your help a total of $1,810 was donated to five organizations across the nation including Alameda County Community Food Bank, Star of Hope, Central California Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Orangewood Foundation. Thank you to everyone who donated!

APSI was selected by the GSA to provide construction management services in support of several projects in the San Diego area. These design-build projects include installation of lighting systems, mechanical upgrades, and installation of roof-mounted solar PV systems at the Carter Keep Courthouse, Otay Mesa LPOE, and Tecate LPOE. We are excited to get started on these projects and continue our relationship with GSA Region 9.

APSI announces the recent award of the GSA Region 9 restroom renovation project at the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building in San Jose, CA. This renovation includes improvements to all public and staff restrooms on the first, second, and third floors. We are excited to be working back at the Peckham building and looking forward to getting started on this project. Great work team!
GSA Region 9 awarded APSI the 801 I Street Elevator Renovation and Modernization project at the Sacramento Federal Building in Sacramento, CA. We will be providing construction management services for this design-build project. We are excited to be part of this highly collaborative project and are looking forward to continuing our decades long relationship with GSA Region 9!
APSI was recently selected to partner with the GSA to provide construction management services for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Kansas City Field Office New Campus. The new campus of buildings includes a three-story office building, an annex building for automotive maintenance, a visitor screening building and covered parking for specialty vehicles, and will create a total of 137,000 rentable square feet. APSI is excited to begin work on this project and work with GSA Region 6 to build an outstanding facility for the FBI!
