As part of a joint venture with Sixth Dimension, APSI was recently chosen to provide project management, scheduling, constructability reviews, and estimating services for the California Conservation Corps (CCC), Ukiah New Residential Center in Willits, CA. This new, $50 million, design-bid-bid, 56,000 sf residential center will include twelve buildings consisting of an administration building, seven dormitories, an education building, a recreation building, a multi-purpose with kitchen and dining room, warehouse with work area and a hazardous materials storage room. We are excited for this opportunity and look forward to supporting the California Conservation Corps!
