Ken Resnick joins APSI! Ken recently joined APSI as a Senior Estimator at our LAWA Capital Improvement Program at LAX. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in design, bidding and project controls management on many commercial, government, medical, resort/entertainment, schools and civil projects. He has served as Estimating and Controls Manager on projects valued at over $12 billion in several countries and major markets. Welcome aboard Ken!
