    Robert Chambers Joins the APSI Team

    Robert brings 27 years’ experience in the field of civil engineering (structural, geotechnical and construction) and geological engineering (geo-mechanics and underground construction) throughout North and Central America.  He has successfully planned, designed and managed numerous large governmental public works and mining infrastructure projects not only providing planning, design, engineering and construction management, but also a lead engineer on a number of large complex projects.  Project types include airways and taxiways, basins, canals and impoundments, bridges and trestles, dams, levees and embankments, docks, ports and wharfs, haul roads, highways and roadways, landfills, underground tunnels and caverns, and water and wastewater pipelines.  In addition, Robert has a considerable amount of experience in bid/proposal documentation, permitting, and commissioning of infrastructure, as well as gaining extensive amounts of experience in the decommissioning of infrastructure for both the government and mining industry.  He is currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Beale Air Force Base, a three year contract to support the overall operational objectives of the 9th Civil Engineering Squadron.
