Kelly recently joined the APSI team and possesses over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. His correctional and healthcare experience includes working on the Kings County prison expansion project, where he worked on the administration expansion, inmate medical space, and housing for over 250 inmates. He is well versed in Prolog, Blue Beam, Primavera Project Planner P3, Microsoft Project, Office and AutoCAD. Kelly is currently serving as Project Engineer for the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation’s, $61 million Health Care Facilities Improvement Program in Kern County.
