James brings five years’ experience as a project manager who has the qualifications along with comparable experience of working to the highest standards. James has a good track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget by effectively organizing, managing and utilizing all resources. He is able to lead teams on residential, commercial, industrial and education projects where the highest standards are routinely demanded. James is highly motivated, energetic self–starter and a detail oriented project leader with the unique ability to manage multiple projects and is capable of managing project cost and schedule while providing alternative solutions to address daily challenges. He is currently serving as Construction Manager on various projects for GSA Region 9.
