APSI in a joint venture with SixthDimension was awarded the 450 North State Street Improvement Project in Sacramento, CA. Better known as the Board of Equalization Building, the project involves a complete building systems upgrade of the 25-story, 600,000 sf building. Our services include both design and construction phase management of the $30 million project, which will also involve relocation of building staff.
