APSI was recently selected as one of the consultants to provide the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority with On-Call Construction Management services. VTA has an extensive inventory of property located throughout Santa Clara County and the mission of the Joint Development Program is to advance development at 23 identified joint development sites and other potential properties. VTA uses consultants to assist in all aspects of pre-development work, from development of project concepts through to assistance with negotiation of public-private partnerships for joint development.
Services will begin in 2017 for a period of up to five years.
