APSI was awarded the Construction Management Contract for the New US Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! This $140 million, design-build courthouse will be approximately 228,215 GSF and include 12 courtrooms and 17 judges ‘chambers. This new courthouse will provide an initial build-out of spaces to meet the requirements for the 10-year plan for the U.S. District Court, U.S. Magistrate Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Clerk, U.S. Probation Services, Federal Public Defender, U.S. Attorney, the U.S. Marshals Service and the General Services Administration.
