APSI was awarded the Construction Management Contract for the New US Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! This $140 million, design-build courthouse will be approximately 228,215 GSF and include 12 courtrooms and 17 judges ‘chambers. This new courthouse will provide an initial build-out of spaces to meet the requirements for the 10-year plan for the U.S. District Court, U.S. Magistrate Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. District Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Clerk, U.S. Probation Services, Federal Public Defender, U.S. Attorney, the U.S. Marshals Service and the General Services Administration. We are very excited about this new project and continuing our relationship with GSA Region 4!

APSI, as part of the HDR team, was recently awarded the construction management services contract to provide a variety of upgrades to District wastewater treatment plants, pumping plants, sewer lines, and landfills. The Districts manage the wastewater and solid waste needs of over 5.1 million people in Los Angeles County. We look forward to working on this contract and continuing our relationship with HDR and Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts!
APSI was recently awarded an on-call contract to provide project controls, scheduling, estimating, system enhancements, and report writing to the Port of Long Beach. This port is the second busiest port in the United States. Our team has worked consistently with the Port since the 1990's and we look forward to continuing our relationship!

APSI was recently awarded a construction management and commissioning contract at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Office Building and U.S. Courthouse in Los Angeles, CA. This project includes audio-video infrastructure upgrades of ten existing courtrooms and ancillary spaces on four separate floors. The building will remain fully operational throughout the project. APSI was recently awarded the construction management services contract to repair and upgrade 14 housing units impacted by Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. The damage forced the relocation of some park housing occupants to US mainland parks due to the unavailability of a place to live on St. John. The remaining occupants reside in housing that is minimally sufficient to their needs. The purpose of this project is to bring the units to current NPS housing standards, building codes, severe storm resiliency, and high-efficiency standards. We look forward to working on this project and continuing our relationship with NPS!
APSI was recently awarded the Consolidation of Hospital Police project for the Department of State Hospitals through the Department of General Services (DGS). This $17 million project in an operational psychiatric hospital includes demolition of 5 buildings and construction of a new building and emergency dispatch center as well as roadwork and off-site utilities.
